I doodle and I build things. Lately, I'm having the most fun in the quiet hours, when the city and my two kiddos are asleep.

I grew up in New York City, often bored so I drew, took things apart and put them back together, experimented, and did it all again. I studied studio art from high school through college and majored in printmaking and graphic design, always moving between making things by hand and making them on screen.

Somewhere between people-watching, long aimless walks through the city, a stint at the Apple Store and as a traveling events person, I found my way to digital product design. It brought together everything I love: technology, making, observing, and figuring out how things work for people. I still follow that curiosity today, as a grown-up.
